Addressing a press conference after visiting Army Public School of Peshawar which came under the deadly terrorist attack on 16 December killing 149 people, PTI chief advised the federal government to send the afghan immigrants back to their own country adding that almost 500 visas are daily issued on Torkham border between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Imran Khan whose party rules the province opined that to expect police to counter terrorism will be a folly as the force is not trained for the purpose.

He demanded that illegal cellphone SIMs should be immediately blocked and the use of a SIM registered in someone else’s name be declared a criminal offence.

SECURITY PLAN FOR SCHOOLS 

PTI chief informed media that Inspector General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (IG KPK) is developing single button call system for security of schools in the area. in case of emergency, quick response force will rush to spot as soon as the button will be pressed.

Moreover KPK government will evaluate security of all schools before their opening after winter vacations.
