TOP NEWS

Addressing his workers and supporters at D-Chowk, Imran Khan urged the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to delay in stepping down from his post, so that he may form a better team to lead the country in future.

He said that the situation of the country cannot be improved as long as common people do not get powers and for this the institutions need to be strengthened.

The PTI chairman said that a country is govern through its institutions and weak institutions will only result in bad governance.

He lamented that four lac children die of drinking impure and hazardous water in Pakistan, while the rulers go abroad for their own treatment at the expense of the taxes paid by the people.

The skipper said that several crore rupees of common people are spent on the treatment of VIPs, but the conditions of the hospitals in the country are not improved, so that a lay man could also get proper medical facilities.

Khan said that none of the parliamentarians spoke a single word in favor of common people, during the joint session of the Parliament which lasted for several days.

He said that people get independence by making their own decisions.

Criticizing the PMLN and PPP leadership, the cricketer-turned-politician said that PM Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari do not pay taxes, while currently every single Pakistani has a debt of Rs 88000 to pay.

Imran Khan said that the Nawaz-government is acquiring more loans, in order to pay the interest of previous debts.

He told that the rulers gain kickbacks by initiating different projects and that the premier is not resigning for doing so he would not get his desired commission.
