LAHORE: PTI chief Imran Khan has submitted his reply in Lahore High Court (LHC) over the disturbance caused by the party workers on past Wednesday, ARY News reports.
The court had taken notice of the rumpus caused by the workers of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) during appearance of the party chief Imran Khan in hearing of a petition about election result of the National Assembly constituency NA-122.
Imran Khan in his written answer to the court notice said that no PTI worker or leader was involved in the incident. He further said that the party respects courts and condemned the incident.
PTI workers went out of control during the hearing and pushing to each other caused damage to the court property.
Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Umar Atta Bandial expressed his resentment and taken notice of the incident seeking written explanation from the party chief Imran Khan.
