Imran succeeds in defusing protest outside his residence

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan on Monday formed a committee to resolve the issues of dismissed employees of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Workers Welfare Board, which will be headed by himself, ARY News reported.

According to details, dismissed employees of the KP Workers Welfare Board once again staged a protest demonstration outside Bani Gala residence of Imran Khan on Monday.

The protesters claimed that the KP government has dismissed them illegally.

They said that they were promised that their issue will be considered with due care, yet this was not acted upon.

The PTI chief came out of his residence as he learnt about the demonstration outside and listened to the protesting employees.

While announcing to form a committee on the issue, he said that he will himself supervise the matter.

Khan’s coordinator, Naeem ul Haq has said that all the issues will be resolved once the Senate elections are over.

He told that the PTI chairman wants to resolve problems of the KP people and that Tehreek-i-Insaf is not accustomed to depriving the masses of their jobs.
