Imran's business is to stage sit-ins, says Saad

LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khwaja Saad Rafiq has said that the business of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is to stage sit ins, ARY News reports.

Speaking to media from Railway Headquarters in Lahore, Saad Rafiq said that it is the business of PTI Chairman Imran Khan to stage sit-ins. He added that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) won the 2013 general elections due to their performance.

The railways minister further said that the financial deficit in the railway sector is declining. He also said that his sector generated more than Rs. 5.27 billion of revenue compared to last year.

Saad Rafiq claimed that a new train service from Attock till Jand will be launched soon whereas many stops of Tezgam, which runs from Karachi to Rawalpindi, has been finished.

He claimed that the ministry is planning to provide food to passengers travelling in Karachi to Lahore trains. He added that new air conditioned bogies will be included in four trains that run from Lahore to Rawalpindi.
