Naseer Khan Janjua also said that India’s increasing defence and nuclear weapons were a danger to Pakistan. He said that no one was safe in today’s world.
He also stated that despite trials and tribulations, Pakistan was the flag-bearer of peace. His statement comes a few days after the Nuclear Security Summit was held a couple of days earlier in which The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi had also clarified that Pakistan’s nuclear assets were safe.
Fatemi had also met with President Obama and had stated that Pakistan’s Command and Control system with regard to its nuclear weapons was secure.
