India obstructing Pakistan's water can affect agriculture here: Fazl
ISLAMABAD: Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir Affairs, Molana Fazlur Rahman has said that with India obstructing Pakistan's share of water can affect the agriculture sector here and before declaring India as the favorite country this fact should be reviewed by the authorities – ARY News reports.
Briefing the media outside the Parliament House after a meeting of the committee on Tuesday, Molana Fazlur Rahman claimed that he has also asked for an explanation from the Ministry of Trade regarding the declaration of India as the favorite country by Pakistan.
He added that the committee has decided to observe Kashmir Day on February 5 along with Kashmiris around the world and also to present a memorandum at the United Nations (UN) on this occasion demanding for the right of self determination for the people of Kashmir.
Fazl said that if India is not ready to resolve Kashmir Issue through bilateral talks then it would be highlighted at all the international forums including the UN.
