India to tour Bangladesh for a 3-ODI series

TOP NEWS

NEW DELHI: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) gets its reward for supporting India over Big Three proposal as Board for Cricket Control in India (BCCI) announced to tour Bangladesh for a three-ODI series next month, ARY News reported.

Team India will tour Bangladesh during the window between the Indian Premier League (IPL) final on June 1 and their departure for England on June 22.

All the three ODIs will be played in Dhaka on June 15, 17 and 19.

India's tour to Bangladesh was in principle agreed upon between the boards at the time of FTP negotiations in February, and the dotted line was signed on the sidelines of last month's ICC executive board meeting in April.

MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli have informed BCCI about their unavailability for the tour.

Dhoni has planned a family vacation while Kohli also indicated to the BCCI hierarchy that he would prefer a break going into the hectic season.
