Injustices still continued with Balochistan, says CM Malik

KARACHI: Chief Minister Balochistan, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that injustices with Balochistan are continued, while the Federal institutions have not yet changed their attitude towards the province – ARY News reports.

The statement was made during his address with a conference organized here on Sunday regarding the authorities of the provinces over the oil and gas reserves found it their territories.

Dr Abdul Malik Baloch stated that the 18th amendment is being tried to be rolled back, which will be resisted by the provinces.

He added that the provinces have got cent per cent rights of the oil and gas reservoirs discovered, but the mandate owned by Islamabad is not ready to accept these rights.

On this occasion, Sindh's Advisor on Finance Murad Ali Shah said that the unilateral control of the Federation on oil and gas reserves is now a violation of the Constitution of Pakistan.

Moreover, Dr Sikander Mendhro, Dr Qaiser Bangali and numerous others also addressed the conference and presented their precious views before the attendees.
