According to details, the arrested man who is suspected to be an agent of Indian spy intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is named Sherbaz, also known as Commander.
The suspect was arrested from the Sadiqabad Chak 154 area and had been operating under the guise of a herdsman. According to initial information obtained, Sherbaz had been living in the area for the past four years. He is alleged to be a facilitator of banned outfits operating in Pakistan. It was said that this suspect could also be linked to Kalbhushan Yadav, another suspected RAW agent who was arrested earlier this week.
Pakistan had arrested from Balochistan a serving Indian naval officer whom it claimed was a RAW agent operating in the province to carry out subversive activities. A press conference was held by Information Minister Pervez Rasheed and DG ISPR General Asim Bajwa. A video clip of Yadhav’s confession was played in which he admitted to carrying out harmful activities in Pakistan and also confessed his involvement with RAW.
