Irfanullah Marwat presents formula for a peaceful Karachi

KARACHI: Irfanullah Marwat, Parliamentary leader of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) in Sindh Assembly, has said that crime rate in Karachi will be down by half if all foreigners are deported from the city, ARY News reports.

Speaking to media before the session of the House, Irfanullah Marwat said that large numbers of foreign nationals, including Afghanis, are living in the city whereas the metropolis is full of criminals as well.

“How can foreigners live in Karachi without the permission by security agencies and get the identification cards worth thousands of rupees?” he asked.

He urged to federal and provincial governments to take strict action against the illegal foreigners living in Karachi.

PML-N parliamentary leader, while commenting on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) joining Sindh Government, said that the decision will be taken in London.
