In the letter acquired by ARY News, Balochistan government has not only accepted the presence of terrorist group in the province but also warned about their planning calling for IG Police, Divisional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and Regional Police Officers to remain vigilant.

The letter written in October 31, 2014 says that a 10 member wing has been formed to make contacts with Pakistani Militant groups for recruitment in the Middle Eastern terrorist group with a Caliph.

The wing along with local terrorist group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) can target Pakistan Army.

The letter says that ISIS/ISIL has claimed to recruit 10 to 12000 supporters in Hangu and Kurram Agency regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province fearing that government buildings will be the first targets of ISIL.
