Islamabad attack was to pave ways for military operation: Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan has met the injured of the Islamabad Court Attack at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) here on Tuesday and extended his heartfelt sympathies to them – ARY News reports.
Talking to media after consoling the injured, Imran Khan said that the Pakistan has nothing to do with the 'War on Terror' and due to this Pakistan is bearing a loss of billions of dollars yearly.
On this occasion, he suggested the Government to resume dialogue process as soon as possible, so that a differentiation among the pro-talks and pro-confrontation groups could be made.
Speaking about the attack on Islamabad district court, the PTI Chief said that the heinous attack was aimed at paving the way of a military offensive in the tribal region.
Khan expressed his grave concerns over the terrorist attack in the federal capital and no reaction by the security agencies for almost 30-40 minutes after the incident.
