ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Bar has decided to nominate the Federal Interior Minister in the FIR of the terrorist attack on the district court, ARY News reported on Monday.
President Islamabad District Bar Association has said that the I.G. Police Islamabad and SSP will also be named in the FIR.
The attack at distritc court building in F-8 area of the federal capital this morning claimed 13 lives including Additional Session Judge Rafaqat Awan and several lawyers, while more than 30 persons were injured in the incident.
Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani has taken suo moto notice of the attack on the Islamabad court.
Justice Jillani has directed the police chief and Commissioner Islamabad to submit report on the incident in Supreme Court.
