Islamabad Police nabs 2 Iranian nationals with fake Pakistani NICs
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police has nabbed 2 Iranian nationals including a woman over suspected activities from a hotel here on Saturday, who have admitted to be involved in different crimes – ARY News reports.
According to details, Islamabad Police apprehended a suspected man Farhat and found out that he was an Iranian national having a fake Pakistani identity card of Balochistan.
Farhat was residing in a guest house in the federal capital, where from police arrested another woman named Sumera along with a child, who were staying with him.
Police officials confiscated a laptop and 3 mobile phones from the suspect and told that some sensitive information was retrieved from the laptop. The suspects also had a vehicle having registration number of Karachi.
The couple had come to Islamabad yesterday and they admitted to be involved in robbing the foreigners, money laundering and other crimes.
Officials further told that the arrested man has tattoos on his back.
