Fazal Ur Rehman calls for street agitation against government
Leader of Jamiat Ulema Islam-F (Fazal) Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman called for street agitation against the current government and it’s policies, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
Maulana rejecting the fiscal budget 2019-20 said that the current federal government had failed after putting forth a cruel budget that broke the back of common man.
The JUI-F leader said that the current government was ‘fake’ and his political party would wage country-wide protests against it.
Fazal added that he was holding consultative meetings to decide upon locking down the capital and further deliberations upon street agitations were expected in the upcoming All Parties Conference (APC).
Pakistan Muslin League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif met with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on June 17.
Criticizing the recent meetings of Maulana Fazalur Rehman for uniting the opposition parties to topple the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) government in centre, Federal Minister for Communication and Postal Services Murad Saeed had admonished the religious cleric and said that everybody could hire the services of JUI-F’s chief after paying the right price.
