There isn’t any ‘no-go area’ in Karachi, claims Thebo
KARACHI: Karachi Police Chief, Ghulam Qadir Thebo has claimed that there is no ‘no-go area’ in Karachi, some difficulties are there but a comprehensive strategy will be adopted in this regard in the third phase of Karachi Operation – ARY News reports.
According to details, Ghulam Qadir Thebo visited different areas of the city on Saturday and reviewed the law and order situation.
Talking to media on this occasion, the Karachi Police Chief said that there is no no-go area in the metropolis.
Speaking about attacks on police personnel, he said that the cops are fighting criminal elements during the ongoing operation and for this reason they are being targeted in reaction.
Moreover, Thebo suspended the SHO of New Karachi Industrial Area and incharge of Ferozabad I5 police post, for demonstrating negligence in duties.
