ISPR condemns allegations on ISI Chief
RAWALPINDI: The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has strongly condemned the allegations on Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and its Chief, Lieutenant General Zaheer ul Islam of an attack on senior journalist, Hamid Mir – ARY News reports.
In a statement issued in the evening on Saturday, ISPR condemned the attack on Hamid Mir and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured journalist.
The ISPR however, said that the allegations on Pakistan's prime intelligence agency and its Chief, without any probe into the matter, are condemnable.
It was further urged that a proper investigation of the attack should be held, in order to identify the real culprits.
