Jalaibee collects Rs.5 million before release!

TOP NEWS

Jalaibee is already making headlines way before its much anticipated release. The upcoming Pakistani movie has already pocketed an impressive five million rupees and it is still one week shy from debuting in theatres.

The money has been received courtesy advanced ticket sales of the movie. Bahria Town founder, owner and real estate tycoon Malik Riaz boosted the movie’s promotion by purchasing an impressive 10,000 tickets beforehand. The move seems to be part of the promotional partnership between ARY and Malik Riaz’s Bahria Town as the media group had earlier announced a reward of gold equaling the price of one ticket to any who sees the film, in bahria’s cinema.

Jalaibee’s trailer also revealed what the movie would be all about. Not that director Yasir Jaswal shied away from elaborating on the film’s theme! “Jalaibee is a film about eight people and how their lives are intertwined after a sequence of events,” he said. “Two of the major characters in the film are Billu (Danish Taimoor) and Bugga (Ali Safina), friends who get entangled in a debt with the local mafia called The Unit,” stated that talented director.
