Akbar Nagori was present in his brother’s Lyari office when unknown assailants hurled a hand grenade on the office, Akbar got severely injured in the attack.
Six other people including two police officers were also injured in the terror attack.
Nagori was taken to Civil Hospital Karachi for medical treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah strongly condemned the terror attack on minister’s office and directed Inspector General Police (IGP) Sindh to submit a detailed report regarding the attack.
Police has started a search operation in Lyari for the arrest of culprits as the situation in area turned worse after Akbar Nagori’s murder.
