KARACHI: Shutterdown strike being observed in Warah and Naseerabad towns in the interior of Sindh against murder of Munir Choliani, a leader of nationalist Jiye Sindh Muttahida Mahaz, ARY News reported on Friday.
Munir Choliani was kidnapped along with his wife, daughter and driver yesterday, while he was travelling to Sehwan. His wife and daughter were released by the kidnappers later.
The dead body of the nationalist leader was found from Hotak area of Sehwan early morning at 6:00 am today. He was shot dead.
Funeral prayers of Munir Choliani offered at his native town Warah in Larkana district. Large number of the party workers and leaders and local people attended his funeral prayers.
Deceased JSMM leader will be laid to rest at Sann graveyard near the last abode of G.M. Syed.
Earlier, the dead bodies of JSMM central vice president Saeen Quraban Khuhawar and central leader Noorullah Tunio were found near Sanghar. Their charred bodies were found in a burnt car.
Jiye Sindh Muttahida Mahaz has announced 10 days mourning after the killing incident.
