The chief minister’s announcement came as the MQM is observing a mourning day today against what it said the extra judicial killings of its party workers.
In a statement, adviser to Sindh chief executive, Waqar Mehdi said action would be taken against any police personnel found involved in extra-judicial killing of the party workers.
MQM leaders – Haider Abbas Rizvi, Asif Hasnain and others – along with large number of party workers had thronged the CM House on Saturday night against custodial death of their worker Faraz Alam and staged sit-in.
