The number of suo-motu notices was also considerably lesser under the tenure of Justice Tassaduq, as compared to Justice Iftikhar’s time.
The President of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain had already nominated Justice Nasir ul Mulk as the new Chief Justice of Pakistan, a few days ago, who will be taking oath tomorrow.
