KARACHI: A young man and a police officer were killed in firing after spat over a personal dispute in the Defence area, ARY News reported Thursday.
According to police, the son of SP Sikander Ghulam Sarwar Abro went to a place of his friend in Khayaban-e-Shamsher in DHA with his three gunmen, where he had an altercation with the friend.
Shortly after the spat, both the sides resorted to firing and the friend of SP’s son, Salman Lashari and of the gunmen, Zaheer, were killed. Later the police arrested the accused. The reason of the altercation could not be determined as yet.
Similarly, a man was injured in firing in Lyari, who was identified as Nabeel.
