Saad Rafique, addressing a laptop distribution ceremony in Punjab University here in Lahore, said that the Karachi Operation is not against a single party but is against the criminals who have joined different political groups.
He added that criminals are being hanged due to which the crime rate is decreasing.
The railways minister, welcoming the trade pacts signed with China, said that a new era of development will start in Pakistan with Chinese cooperation.
He also said that the Parliament is independent and the federal government is making better decisions.
