Karachi Police identify suspect of Saddar blast
KARACHI: Police have identified the attacker in the blast that rocked Karachi’s Saddar area in the afternoon, ARY News reported.
The attacker has been identified as Abdul Fatah and is a resident of Jamhoori Colony of Paposh area of the city. The motorcycle used in the blast was also registered in the name of Abdul Fatah.
Police sources say that when Abdul Fatah’s house was raided, his 3 year old son and wife Ishrat was present. Abdul Fatah’s wife told police that she only knows that her husband does some work regarding mobile phones and does not know anything about his shop or what kind of work he does.
Abdul Fatah belongs to the Nawabshah village of Sindh and his father’s name is Ayub.
LEAs have also identified and arrested the owner of another motorcycle destroyed in the blast and his name is Muhammad Amir, resident of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-D, Baloch Goth.
