KARACHI: Following the sucessful issuance of Eurobonds, the interest of foreign investors is at peak in Karachi Stock Market, leading KSE 100-Index towards positive growth, ARY News reported.
Heading towards the positive progress KSE 100-Index steered to the historic 29,265.83 points for the first time ever on Friday gaining 15.29 points.
High and Low were 29,491.62 and 29,066.07 respectively.
Total volume traded in the market was 342,500,902 and in terms of value it was 21,719,468,646.
Total traded companies were 366, among them 129 advanced, 217 declined while 20 went unchanged.
The three top traded companies were Jah.Sidd. Co. with a volume of 44,569,000 and price per share of 12.37 (0.50), Pace (Pak) Ltd. with a volume 18,138,000 of price per share of 5.08 (-0.01), Lafarge Pak. with a volume 17,063,000 of price per share of 13.69 (-0.08).
