Rangers spokesman said that crackdown took place in Manghopir, PIB Colony and Patel Para area of the metropolis in which six people were arrested. Illegal weapons were also seized during the raids.
“The arrested persons included three members of a banned outfit and a worker of a political party. Two street criminals were also arrested in raids,” Rangers spokesman said.
Six more suspects were taken into custody during snap checking in Baldia Town and Hub Chowki areas.
