Karachi: Two TTP terrorists killed, three bodies found
KARACHI: Police and Rangers gunned down two terrorists affiliated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) during encounter whereas three bodies were found from the areas of Ibrahim Hyderi, ARY news reports on Thursday.
According to SSP Orangi Chaudhry Asad, heavy contingents of Police and Rangers raided a terrorist outfit at Kunwari Colony. The terrorists opened fire at the Law Enforcing Agencies (LEAs) but were killed during the exchange of fire.
According to a spokesperson of Sindh Rangers, the terrorists were identified as Siddiqullah and Azam Masood. Hand grenades, fake identification cards and arms were recovered from the terrorist. He added that they were involved in terror activity along with target killing.
On the other hand, three bullet riddled bodies were found from the area of Landhi Rehri Goth. The bodies were shifted to Jinnah Hospital for procedures. The bodies have not yet been identified.
Police has initiated the probe into the incident.
