Kareena Kapoor is one Bollywood actress who has to make it to the headlines every other day irrespective of her not-so-great career. Be it for her choice of films or her relationship with her colleagues and contemporaries, the begum is always at the receiving end.
Just when stories about her pregnancy came to an end, new theories about her rivalry with Deepika Padukone regarding Ram Leela, began to do the rounds. Now that it’s all calm, the actress apparently ignored Priyanka Chopra during the recently concluded IIFA Award ceremony has cropped up.
Kareena is now fed up. In an interview to a popular tabloid, the actress said, “You know, for the last 10 years, everyone is like ‘Kareena is now having problems with this one or that one’. Leave me alone, baaki sab ko dekho na. Why are they always after me? Why must I always be targeted? You know, I always ask Saif, ‘Why?’, but he says, ‘No, take it as a compliment.’”
According to Kareena these are all alleged accusations and things are hugely blown out of proportion.
She also added, “I don’t even go out. Everyone tells me, ‘You should do more PR’ and I am like, ‘I don’t know’. I don’t actively participate.”
