Khattak says rulers soon to be held accountable

ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtonkhwa Pervez Khattak has said the nation has woken up and rulers will soon be held accountable, ARY News reported.

Talking to media here, he said the Supreme Court had allowed peaceful protesters to march on the streets. “We were not storming any buildings as we remained peaceful throughout the protest.”

He stressed that peaceful protesters should not be stopped from their exercising their democratic right.

The country should be ridden of the looters, he said.

Castigating the PML-N government, Khattak said that the rulers were mentally sick. The CM KP asked whether the incumbent rulers were stronger than Pak Army and the court.
