Khursheed writes letter to Shahbaz, expresses concerns over LeJ threats to Bilawal
ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition, Syed Khursheed Shah has said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is seriously taking the threat issued to its Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the matter must be investigated thoroughly – ARY News reports.
According to details, Syed Khursheed Shah wrote a letter to the Chief Minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif and expressed concerns over threat issued to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari by the banned outfit Lashkar e Jhangvi (LeJ).
He mentioned that PPP is taking the matter seriously and it must be investigated thoroughly.
Shah mentioned that PPP has met great losses in the past, now there is no room for it. He also expressed his hopes that the Government of Punjab will completely investigate the matter.
Yesterday, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had tweeted that he received a threatening letter by banned LeJ and if something happens to him, then the Sharif duo and Punjab Government will be responsible for it.
