KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100-index has continued making progress hiting all time high on Tuesday and closed at 28653.37 points, ARY News reported.
KSE 100-Index witnessed the growth of 74.41 points.
High and Low were 28817.28 and 28574.79 respectively.
Total volume traded in the market was 364,517,642 and in terms of value it was 15,187,403,706.
Total traded companies were 373, among them 193 advanced, 163 declined while 17 went unchanged.
The three top traded companies were B.O.Punjab with a volume of 24,758,000 and price per share of 11.38 (0.06), Pace (Pak) Ltd. with a volume 20,171,500 of price per share of 4.87 (0.26), Byco Petroleum with a volume 16,060,000 of price per share of 11.82 (0.07).
Rafhan Maize XD, Nestle Pak. SPOT and Sanofi-Aventis were top three advancers while Bata (Pak), Murree Brewery and ICI Pakistan were top three decliners.
Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 80,268,200 shares. It was followed by Construction and Materials (Cement) with a total traded volume of 70,020,200 shares.
Following the last week record foreign inflows selective stock-picking was seen.
According to analysts news of investors' interest in Pakistan Eurobond supported the bullrun.
