KSE-100 Index dropped by 390.24 points

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has witnessed disappointing start on the first day of week losing three psychological limits on Monday, ARY News reported.

KSE 100-Index has lost 390.24 points with the negative change of 1.48 per cent closing the day at 26003.69 points.                                              

High and Low were 26399.70 and 25929.65 respectively.                                   

Total volume traded in the market was 192,172,146 and in terms of value it was 7,872,244,898.

Total traded companies were 330, among them 45 advanced, 330 declined while 9 went unchanged.

The three top traded companies were Avanceon Limited with a volume of 7,489,000, P.S.O. with a volume 2,325,300, Japan Power with a volume 1,546,500.                         

Rafhan Maize, Bata (Pak) and AL-Ghazi Tract. Were top three advancers while Nestle Pak., Wyeth Pak Ltd and Siemens Pakistan were top three decliners.
