KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 Index continued the positive trend on the second day with the rise of 89.74 points or 0.34 per cent on Tuesday and closed at 26259.57 points, ARY News reported.
High and Low were 26289.33 and 26051.19 respectively.
Total volume traded in the market was 200,616,520 and in terms of value it was 9,612,119,183.
The three top traded companies were K.E.S.C. with a volume of 30,069,000 and price per share of 6.07 (0.24), P.I.A.C.(A) with a volume 28,439,500 of price per share of 9.55 (0.36), Lafarge Pak. with a volume 13,370,000 of price per share of 8.65 (0.16).
Furthermore, the top three advancers were Nestle Pak., Colgate Palmoliv and National Foods while Bata (Pak), Shezan Inter and Siemens Pakistan were top three decliners.
