KSE 100-Index slumps 53.17 points
KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange continued following downward trend losing 53.17 points on Wednesday, ARY News reported.
KSE-100 Index closed the trading day at 28330.03 against 28691.62 on Tuesday, with the negative change of 0.13 per cent.
High and Low were 28510.80 and 28297.91 respectively.
Total volume traded in the market was 143,478,923 and in terms of value it was 7,583,163,341.
Total traded companies were 330, among them 128 advanced, 172 declined while 30 went unchanged.
The three top traded companies were Lafarge Pak.XD with a volume of 15,490,000 and price per share of 13.98 (0.29), Faysal Bank with a volume 13,324,000 of price per share of 16.58 (0.68), Jah.Sidd. Co. with a volume 8,315,500 of price per share of 11.66 (0.31).
