KARACHI: A masters student of Karachi University was allegedly deprived of first position despite securing highest marks with no explanation from varsity’s examination department, ARY News reported.

According to ARY News correspondent, the marks sheet released by the university’s examination department shows Syed Muhammad Fahd as the highest scorer with 673 marks in MA Politics 2017 examinations but his name is nowhere among position holders.

Fahd secured 673 marks while the result card’s position holders’ section shows three students who secured 647, 630 627 marks respectively.

Syed Muhammad Fahad feels he has been unjustly deprived of his position and has requested the vice chancellor of KU to look into the matter and provide him with justice.
