Supreme Court angered over lack of progress in Sindh land computerization case
According to details, during the proceedings of the land computerization case, Justice Amir Hani Muslim remarked that till there was ‘Shah sahab’ in Sindh, no work could be carried out in the province. The judges were also told during the hearing that land computerization system had been completed in Balochistan, KP and Punjab. In Sindh, however, the matter had only reached the technical stages.
The court expressed its anger at the fact that Sindh’s record was not presented. The court remarked that judicial decisions were stalled due to administrative complications. The court issued orders to complete the Sindh land computerization soon and produce a report based on it.
