Last rites of Haris Suleman held

INDIANA: American pilot of Pakistani origin Haris Suleman’s last rites were held in Plain Field city of Indiana, ARY News reports.

Large number of people attended the ceremony. The people present on the occasion demanded that Haris Suleman should be rewarded a civil honor for his educational services for underpriviledged children.

Pakistani counsel general in Chicago Niaz Tirmazi passed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s condolatory message to the family of the deceased. He also informed the people about the recovery of the debris of the aircraft and the body of Haris’ father Babar.

Babar and Haris Suleman were killed when their aircraft crashed in a sea at California. Haris was attempting to set a world record by travelling around the world to collect donations for the education of underprivileged children.
