ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has said that the nomination papers for the Local Body (LB) elections in Sindh will be received from tomorrow, which will be continued till December 29 – ARY News reports.
It was further stated that all the concerned District Election Commissioners, staff and offices have been provided with the nomination papers.
Representatives from different political parties have filed their nominations for 268 union committees in Karachi.
The ECP mentioned that the process of master training pertaining to LB polls, has been accomplished, whereas in its second phase Returning Officers and District Returning Officers shall be trained, which will commence from December 28.
