KARACHI: Sindh United Party leader Jalal Mehmood Shah has filed a petition in Supreme Court to become a party in the appeal against Sindh High Court's
decision over delimitation for local bodies elections, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
Jalal Shah filing a petition at Karachi Registry of the apex court contended that delimitations for local bodies polls are equal to election rigging.
MQM lawyer Farogh Naseem has said that his party wants local bodies elections in the country and urged for transparent electoral process and fair delimitation of the constituencies.
