PESHAWAR: Police and security forces carried out a joint operation against rising terror acts in Hayatabad factories and markets and took 139 persons, including 26 proclaimed offenders, into custody here on Wednesday, ARY News reports.
The area was searched after being completely sealed. The security forces arrested 139 persons, including 26 Afghan nationals, during the raid.
According to police, arms and drugs were recovered from the arrested persons. Sources reported that the nabbed persons are being shifted to an unknown location for investigation.
