KARACHI: The law enforcement agencies in the ongoing operation against criminals here arrested over 50 suspects, ARY News reported on Tuesday.
Paramilitary Rangers in raids in different parts of the city detained over 50 suspects including the members of outlawed militant group and criminal gangs members.
More than 100 weapons were captured in raids in Baldia Town, Model Colony and Labor Square, a spokesman of Rangers said.
Police conducted a raid in Baldia Town and arrested four persons with arms and stolen goods. The accused were said to be involved in murders, robberies and other heinous crimes.
A dead body in a bag found from North Karachi. A man was killed in firing incident at Aath Chowk area of Lyari, while another shot dead in North Nazimabad.
A dead body was found hanging in a house in Landhi.
Four persons were injured in cylinder explosion in a residential building of Liaquatabad.
