Police searched seminaries, imambargahs and guest houses in Ghotki and took more than 25 suspects into custody.
SSP Masood Bangash said that raids were carried out in Khanpur Mehar, Adilpur and other areas of Ghotki district under the National Action Plan (NAP).
Paramilitary Rangers arrested around 20 persons during a targeted operation in Khairpur, the law enforcement sources said.
Large quantity of arms and explosives were recovered from the arrested men, sources added.
