KARACHI: Director General (DG) Rangers Rizwan Akhtar has said that law enforcing agencies have given encouraging results in the targeted operations despite the lack of resources, ARY News reports.
Rizwan Akhtar said that indiscriminate action will be taken against the criminal elements in the city. "Rangers will set an example out of persons who are a threat to the life and property of the citizens", he added.
He further said that Rangers will iron-handedly deal with the persons who have taken up arms against citizens, traders and security forces.
"Peaceful Karachi is the sole agenda of the law enforcing agencies which will never be compromised", DG Rangers said.
