KARACHI: At least eight persons were injured in an explosion near the Rangers Headquarters at North Nazimabad area of Karachi on Wednesday, ARY News reports.
The blast was heard in the far flung areas of the metropolis.
The windows of nearby buildings were shattered due to the impact of the blast.
Rescue teams arrived on the spot and started shifting the wounded to a Abbasi Shaheed Hospital whereas Law Enforcing Agencies (LEAs) have surrounded the area.
According to Rangers sources, five kilograms of explosives were planted on a motorcycle. It was carried out by a remote control.
