The petition was filed by Vice-President Khan Abdul Qayyum. It was stated in the petition that parliamentarians indulge in corruption in the development projects.
In his reply, former Law Minister of Punjab Rana Sanaullah said that the Parliament gets 10 per cent commission on development projects.
Petitioner pleaded the court to dissolve all assembles as the parliamentarians do not meet the requirement as prescribed under Article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
