LAHORE: A petition has been filed at the Lahore High Court, seeking bar on the media from giving analysis and opinion on Musharraf treason trial case, ARY News reported Tuesday.
The petitioner, Feroz Shah Gillani, said no comment or analysis could be passed on any sub-judice case.
He argued that several personalities were commenting in a case against Musharraf of Article-6 violation. Such individual analysis can affect proceedings of the case, the petitioner added.
He urged the court to issue directions that any comment, analysis or commentary must not be passed on Musharraf case.
