No load-shedding in Ramadan during Sehr, Aftar, Taravih: Abid Sher Ali
FAISALABAD: Minister of State for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali has said that there will be no load-shedding during Sehr, Aftar and Taravih timings in the holy month of Ramadan, while the overall duration of power load management shall also be reduced to 8 hours a day – ARY News reports.
Talking to media at the Circuit House Faisalabad, Abid Sher Ali told that a committee has been formed regarding the rectification of complains pertaining to load management and duration in industrial areas of the city.
He warned of a strict action, if any WAPDA employee, found involved power pilferage.
The Minister of State said that some elements are getting jealous with the performance of the government and are talking of a long march. He said that the ones who vowed to participate in the long march, during the past tenure; they made a deal and ran out of the country.
Moreover, Abid Sher Ali said that if a foreign national tries to destroy peace in the state, he will be dealt according to the law and the constitution of Pakistan.
