Lt Gen Bilal Akbar visits LoC, appreciates troops readiness
RAWALPINDI: Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar, visited troops along Line of Control (LoC) in Kel Sector, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday.
According to ISPR’s press release, Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar, during his visit appreciated troops for their state of readiness and befitting response to Indian Cease Fire Violations (CFVs).
Earlier on December 7, Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar has lauded high standard of training and professional excellence of troops during his visit to the Jhelum Division.
Lt Gen Akbar was on a visit to witness training exercise near Jalalpur Jattan, and lauded standard of the training.
The commander also emphasised on continued focus on training and combat preparedness for all ranks, said ISPR.
Back in month of September, the Commander Rawalpindi Corps, Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar had visited various sectors on Line of Control (LoC).
According to ISPR, during the visit Lt General Bilal Akbar reviewed operational readiness of the deployed troops at forward locations. Commander lauded officers and men for their vigilance, alertness and high morale.
